Eltonesque is a truly outstanding five-member Elton John tribute band, so dedicated and passionate about Elton’s music that they express their admiration for the Rocket Man with their vibrant live performances. Holding a celebration through the songs of Elton, this band will bring glamour, charm, and opulence to this special event. They take an authentic approach to their shows, perfectly mimicking the legend in his showmanship, fashion sense and style. Prepare to be taken on a nostalgic journey with Elton’s biggest hits!
Pete Gallagher, the piano and lead vocalist has an uncanny resemblance to Elton John, not only in appearance, but also through his powerful vocals, matching costumes, and energetic performances that will leave the audience second-guessing themselves. The other members of the band are also some of the finest musicians in the UK who perfectly capture each and every song performed by Elton. With a drummer, piano and backing vocalist, lead guitarist and bass guitarist, they will bring every song to life.
The show will open with a performance from Craig and Alex Priddice who, unlike the Gallagher brothers can sing, play guitar write songs and get along!
The duo have played at prestigious venues and festivals including Glastonbury and Godney Gathering and have supported the likes of Toploader. Their music is inspired by Oasis, Blur, The Verve and Supergrass.
As usual, there will be a full bar in the church both before the show and during both intervals. You can expect outstanding performances and a night to remember!
