Somerton Music and Arts Festival tickets are now available from Stationery House in Somerton, starting with Somerstock (July7th/8th) and Twisted Vinyl appearing at Somerton Sports Club on May 27th. All tickets will be available at Stationery House from May 1st and tickets for all the events announced so far are available on-line now: www.somertonartsfestival.co.uk. The Art & Photography event which runs from May 27th to June 3rd, is free to enter as are many other events during festival week, which runs from June 30th to July 14th. Festival weeks opens with all-female string quartet Electrica bringing a rock ’n’ roll edge to classical music at St Michael’s Church. Other things to look forward to include the Heron Band, a History Walk, Festival Quiz, Ukulele band, Live Bands in local hostelries and a talk on Honey Bees, with many more events in store too.
