GUIDANCE FOR THE PUBLIC FOR FUNDAY.
With thanks to your support for Somerton all the FUNDAY tickets have gone and the event is now full.
Vehicles enter by Langport Road entrance and follow Steward instructions. Blue Badge Holders will be directed from there to parking nearer to events.
Pedestrians – enter by Gassons Lane entrance then progress to MUGA where Control Tent is for Ticket Holders to check in and get a Wristband.
If you do not have an online ticket join the relevant queue there for your details to be taken for Track and Trace and then you will receive a Wristband.
Purchasing Food or Drink – please use a card – we are trying to keep cash transactions as few as possible.
Covid Regulations on the day
Social distance according to Covid guidelines.
Queueing – wear a mask at every point of sale or at stalls.
Use hand sanitiser stations as much as possible.
Please keep your groups to fewer than 30.
1) There will be 5 live bands from noon – 5.30 pm
2)Children’ activity area – FREE – including Races even for Mums/Dads and grandparents. Please register your child to take part with contact details at the Race Area.
3) Dog Agility Display at 1.30pm and 3pm. ONLY AGILITY and ASSISTANCE DOGS ON SITE.
3)Vintage Car Display – please visit and vote for the vehicle you feel should win the special prize.
4) Stalls with activities.
5) Coconut Stall – Try your luck.
LOST CHILDREN, FIRST AID and LOST PROPERTY WILL BE IN CONTROL TENT.
